Official.ch is committed to respect a total privacy regarding the customer's identity and not to reveal or sell their personnal information to any third party without prior authorisation.
Official.ch is committed to ship the products in a totally neutral and tightly closed package bearing no mention of the content or website.
Only the name of "Official.ch" will appear as sender.
Official.ch guarantees a total discretion regarding your payments. Credit card payments will appear under the name "Official.ch". There will be no mention of the type or the content of your order.
Delivery and shipping fees
Official.ch is committed to ship the products within 10 working days after the due amount is collected.
Delivery time vary according to the availability of the products, the payment method and the destination country.
All packages are shipped by postal services (Swiss of French according to the destination) in priority mail. The conveyance of the products is the sole responsability of the concerned post office and releases Official.ch from any liability.
Shipping fees are charged at a set price depending of the destination country and type of ordered products (e.g. 3.00 CHF for Switzerland, 3.00 € for France or 11.00 € for Belgium etc.).
The customer has to make sure that the indicated delivery address is sufficient for a incident-free shipping by the concerned postal service.
If a parcel is returned by concerned postal service because of insufficient or inaccurate address, the customer will be charged of additional postal fees for the forwarding of the parcel. In that case delivery periods foreseen by the present general conditions do not apply any more.
If a parcel is returned by concerned Post service because of insufficient or inaccurate address, and if the customer asks for refunding of the corresponding order, the amount to be paid off by is reckoned by shielding the postal charges of the total paid by the customer ("TOTAL" on the corresponding bulletin of delivery).
Returns and exchanges
Customers benefit of a "satisfied or your money back" guarantee on all products ordered in our store for 10 days after the delivery (according to the postal stamp date).
Only unused products returned in their intact original package can be refunded or exchanged.
The hazards relative to the return of the products (loss or damage) as well as the shipping fees (for return) are at the customer's expense.
Responsabilities
The products offered comply with the current Swiss legislation. As for importation to other countries, it is the customer's responsability to get priorly informed on the local regulations.
Official.ch has no responsablility in the importation of products judged illicit in the customer's country.
The pictures and texts relative to the descriptions of the products are not contractual. It is possible that you notice slight color or package differences. In that case, Official.ch can not be hold responsible.
As the customer validate hi/her order on the website, he/she delares having read and accepted the conditions.
These general terms and conditions are subjected to Swiss law and can be modified without notice. |
